Human Design, honestly

Free Human Design chart interpretation — no card, no account

What you can read for nothing, what asks for an email, and who writes it.

What you can read without giving anything

A short reading of your chart is free here, and so is everything it is drawn from: no email, no account and no card. The full written interpretation, the blueprint, is free as well, but it asks for an email address so the link can reach you. That is the only thing on this site that asks for one, and nothing here costs money.

Enter a birth date, time and place, and the chart page draws your bodygraph and prints all 26 activations, thirteen on each side, as a gate and a line, each one linking to that gate’s own page. Above them, a summary names your type, strategy, authority, profile and definition, the angle of your incarnation cross with its four gates, and the not-self theme with the signature it is paired with. The type and the authority each carry a one-line note, and the type, authority, profile and each cross gate open a reference page of their own. The cross’s name isn’t on the chart page; the free cross calculator gives it.

The short reading

Under the chart sits one paragraph written from it, usually a little over 150 words, which draws your type, authority and profile into a single picture rather than listing them side by side. An AI model, Anthropic’s Claude, writes it from the computed chart, and the privacy policy sets out exactly what is sent to it and what never is. The writing runs on a monthly budget. When that is spent, a shorter paragraph assembled from a template takes its place until the month turns.

The blueprint, and the one thing it asks for

The blueprint is the long version: about 1,500 words in six parts. It opens on the birth moment itself, then takes how you are built to move through your working week, how you are built to decide when something is at stake, and the two lines of your profile as they show up with the people closest to you. The longest part brings your channels and the centres that are not defined together into one picture, and it is asked to include a paragraph on where your design tends to get things wrong. It closes on one thing to watch for. You can read it on its own page or save it as a PDF.

It is free. What it asks for is an address, because the blueprint comes to you as a link by email and is written the first time you open it. That address receives the link and, at most, one short follow-up a few days later asking how it landed. It is kept as a contact with our email provider, never sold, never used for unrelated marketing without your separate consent, and deleted if you ask. The same model writes the blueprint from your whole chart, your name, birth date and place, but never from your exact birth time, your coordinates or your email address. If the month’s writing budget has run out when you open it, your link is kept, it doesn’t expire, and the blueprint is there to read once there is room again.

What neither reading is

Neither reading is a diagnosis, a prediction or a test result. The chart underneath them is arithmetic: where the planets stood at one instant, and which of the 64 gates each one falls in. That part can be checked by anyone. The reading laid over it is a lens for reflection, and a model writing in a calm voice does not turn it into anything more. If something in it rings true, that is yours to weigh; if it doesn’t, nothing has been established about you either way.

If you would rather work through the parts yourself than have them written up, each type, profile, authority, centre, channel and gate has its own page here, and every one of them is free.

Drawing yours

A birth date, a birth time and a birth place are all it takes. A name is optional, and if you don’t know the time the form can use noon instead. The chart, the summary and the short reading arrive together within seconds, with nothing asked of you. The blueprint offer sits on the same page, and you can read straight past it. What other free calculators ask for before they show a chart is set out, with the date each was checked, on the no-email page.
