The 64 Gates
What the gates are
The bodygraph is built from 64 gates, each one mapped onto a hexagram of the I Ching, distributed across the nine centres. Each gate names a consistent theme — a way energy or attention tends to move through you when that particular position is switched on in your chart. A gate does not act alone. It reaches across the bodygraph looking for its partner, and when both ends of a channel are present, together they define the centre or centres they connect, giving that part of you a fixed, dependable current rather than something that shifts with mood or company.
The wheel of 64
What makes this layer checkable is the calculation behind it: at the moment of your birth, and at a point roughly three months earlier, the planets sit at specific degrees along the ecliptic, and each degree range corresponds to one of these 64 positions. Which gates are active in your chart is not a matter of interpretation — it is astronomy, run through a wheel. The meaning attached to each gate is a lens for reflection on that placement, not a claim about who you are required to be.
How to read these pages
Each gate page stands on its own and can be read without the others. None of it describes destiny — it describes a tendency worth noticing, nothing more binding than that. To find out which of these 64 are actually yours, and which channels they complete, the chart tool maps your specific birth data onto this same wheel.
