This is a structural fact about the chart’s wiring, not a description of temperament. You don’t decide to be a Manifesting Generator by how driven you feel; the centres and channels in your own chart either form this connection or they don’t.

What this tends to produce, in practice, is a build suited to covering ground quickly.
